I love my new Keurig. It brews coffee with a rich, full flavor and aroma that is unlike most coffee I’ve tasted, and is far better. If you don’t yet have a Keurig coffee maker, get one as fast as you can. I think you’ll love it.
We bought our keurig about 6 months ago. One morning it quit working. We contacted Keurig. We did not have the box or receipt. The instructed us on what to do and then sent us a new keurig. Easy process

I contacted Keurig about my K-Express coffee maker that I have purchased three months ago that had started having issues and then stop working. I was sent an email with instruction on how to return the K-Express coffee maker back to them so that could figure out what caused it to stop working. Both representatives that I worked with was very nice. Keurig sent me a brand new K-Express coffee maker with a 1 year warranty at no cost to me.
