My Keurig broke, I just bought 7 months ago. I thought I was going to have a problem/complications getting a replacement. But Keurig was so helpful, they were able to help me through the process in returning it. I had not problems. They were happy to help give me a new one. It was still under manufacture warranty. Thank God! I needed my coffe in the morning. Lol. They were awesome! I have not worries about purchasing a new Keurig Coffee maker for the future if need too.
You guys, I ran the first descaling on my coffee maker (K-Express Essentials), and afterward, the thing would not turn on. I read through these reviews and thought about taking it apart, but decided instead to call the customer service number. I'm so glad I did! Keurig sent me a brand new replacement for free! Note to self - never throw receipts away.
My Keurig which I last bought less than a year ago stopped working, and I was sent a new replacement in good time. I did purchase an extended warranty, and am glad that I did. I hope that my new one will work for a long time! Thank You!
The K-Express coffee maker is perfect little unit. I had some trouble with it, I did all the trouble shooting I could. I called tech support, (and did not have to wait). The tech had me look at a few things and we determined the unit was no good. He ask for my address and 3 days later I had a new coffee maker delivered.
I had a problem with my coffee maker l called the number on the coffee maker It took me four phone calls to make it happen The problem they were having to resolve this was that I was giving them wrong information and would have to call them back They did the right thing every time and a few days later I got my new coffee maker They could have just hung up on me and This review would still be that they did the right thing Thanks
