This is definitely not the best coffee machine I’ve had. You’re getting what you paid for. But I will say the the customer service is phenomenal! The first one I bought broke down with months, and all I have to do is call customer service and they replaced it immediately. But still not the best machine and I would not recommend it.
The Keurig team was quick to send me a replacement when human error caused my heating unit to burn up. The service was amazing and my new coffee maker was received quickly. I know they'll do their best to take care of me again, should I ever need them.
I've had an issue with the last 2 Keurig machines that I purchased. After I descaled my last machine it broke my coffee machine and I had to get a warranty replacement for it, which was absolutely the best customer service experience when I called over my broken Keurig machine.
I bought the first pot as a gift to my daughter. It malfunctioned after a few months. The pot was replaced immediately and arrived on the expected. I love this pot
My husband and I enjoy our coffee every morning, and every afternoon it’s a great experience you need to try it. The variety of coffees, are absolutely outstanding, and the coffee maker, reliable How sweet it is.!❤️🥰
