I had a problem with my original Keurig so I called the customer service number. The person I spoke to was very helpful and patient. I was given all the information I needed to make a return.

I just hit the point where my warranty was going to expire.I got a replacement sent to me after mine decided it didn't want to work anymore. Rolly was friendly and very thorough with explaining the process. I called Monday after 5 pm and got ny replacement by 9 am today.
Mine broke so I called them. It was under warranty so the replaced it. I didn't have to pay anything, I just took pictures of the broken broken 1 and they shipped me a new 1. The whole process took about 7 days. I was super impressed.
