Did not expect the small size and quality.Owned previous Kruig did not last long,Disappointed on Krueig coffee maker, maybe throw this one away.Have not decide if I will purchase another more expensive unit
I received one for Xmas, it didn't work after 2 months And kurig was really good about replacing it with a better One (the red) with an extra feature, Paul :)
I purchased a Keurig for our high school book club. It stopped working in March. Keurig replaced it (warranty) at no charge and shipped to us. I was very happy with the customer service and care in helping us get it replaced.
My coffee machine stopped working. I called customer service and she was wonderful. I had a new machine delivered 3 days later. Couldn't be happier, great job.
