I recently reached out to Kurig bvmc my previous kurig unit suddenly stopped working so after a bit of back and forth and sending them certain documents that were required they kindly sent me a new unit its not tge same as my other one but it works great I'm satisfied with it
my experience with Keurig replacing my broken K-Express was very good. But my first K-Express broke down after only four months. I recommend this product with caution.
I have nothing but rave reviews for your customer service. It is what customer service should be and rarely is. I called twice, once to report a faulty machine, and second, for help redeeming a coupon. I received a new coffee maker within a few days. Both times, the representative was friendly, helpful and professional.
I contacted Keurig after my K-Express suddenly stopped working. The customer service agent was incredible and she was able to walk thru the troubleshooting process with me and then proceeded to explain that a replacement would be sent out. I was so pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to argue for a replacement! Kuerig gained a committed customer!
I bought it brand new in February and after fighting with the company for months trying to get a refund since the replacement they sent was still defective I’m finally getting another replacement and hopefully this one actually works. This was one of the worst company’s to deal with in regards to getting a refund or a replacement brewer that actually works. They refused to give me a refund and at one point wasn’t going to replace the defective replacement they sent me. Do NOT buy the Express essentials coffee brewer it’s horrible.
I bought my first machine and it didn’t last 90 days The replacement quit working this morning until I unclogged it I’ll stick with my Mr Coffe that will last 20 years
