Our original K-Express suddenly would not turn on and would not reset. Tried all the scenarios I found online. Called Keurig customer service and they were very knowledgeable. They had me try a few things and when nothing worked arranged to have a new unit sent to me. New unit arrived and so far working fine.
My 92 year old father finds his K-Express so easy to use to brew a tasty cup of coffee that he wants the rest of the family to get them! When we had a problem with it, service techs were immediately available by phone. We were promised a replacement within 7-10 days and it arrived in 3. They stand behind their product, covering return shipping so that they can test the issue and make future improvements. Great experience.
My old Kerri gave me some problems and I troubleshoot it and I don’t know what happened there after, so I called their customer service to see if they could help troubleshoot and see if it’s something that I did at the end of the phone call it was decided that I needed a new Keurig and I was able to receive one with no issues no problems the customer service exceeded any expectation that I may have had great great customer service
i do love the coffee maker and only use distilled water. however, after about 6 months the descale light comes on and won't go off even when you descale it.
Bought it 6 months ago and I had a problem with a circuit board customer service took all my information and the next thing you knew I had a new one on my front porch
