So I received my k-express for Christmas and it stopped working, I called Keurig and the wonderful Gentleman from customer service set up a replacement since it was still under warranty and I received the replacement super fast!! Thank you so much!
I called when my Keurig coffee maker failed to work. The nice lady I spoke to took all my information and directed me on exactly what to do. I followed the directions and three days later I received my replacement. Thanks for the great service.
