My 88 year old mom loves her Keurig. When hers stopped working after a short time, you guys sent her a new one. She is happy and so am I!! Great service!
My Keurig stopped working so I called the Help Line. After walking me through the troubleshooting steps, it was determined that it was truly broken. They then emailed me the necessary steps to do in order to get a free replacement, which I did. My new Keurig arrived a few days ago and works fine. Thank you for standing behind your products.
