I had a problem with my coffee maker. It just quit working for some reason. I contacted Keurig and they immediately processed the replacement no questions asked. I received the new one in about a week.
Had a keurig for 4 yrs & it finally reached end of life! Purchased a replacement & lasted a month. Pursued the warranty, which was a total of 4 emails & a few phone calls. Very frustrating process. The example to submit warranty info does not exist in the email. Purchased another model to ensure the caffeine requirement but that lasted less than a week. Appears that the pods are an issue or a redesign on the Keurig. Have given up on this brand & purchased a good old Mr Coffee to provide the caffeine fix!
This is a warranty replacement... Thank you very much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought 2 of them. I don't miss my larger Keurig. My only issue is that I cannot use the Victor Allen k-cups in this new one. I have to exert pressure in order to pierce the k-cups and then get a loud popping sound. So I bought the Keurig brand Hazelnut k-cups which work just fine.
