I bought on about 6 months ago and after six months the descale light went on. I followed the directions but the light wouldn't go off. I call Keurig and they sent me a new one that works perfectly!
This is a replacement for the one I bought a couple of months ago and it stopped working so we got a replacement. So far so good hope it is better then the last one
My Keureg coffee maker stopped powering up and with one phone call and easy instructions I received a replacement coffee maker! Customer service was great and I was treated with respect and they were helpful and timely sending a replacement. I love the Keureg company!
bought it in January. it died on me in march. I did not have my receipt. Called Kurieg, No problem. the lady was very helpful sent me a return lable. I sent the pot back and got my new one in 2 weeks.
My first KEURIG was a gift for Christmas when I opened it up, (it was used) sent it back for a new one and this one is not any better. I waited a very long time to get this and now I wish I never requested one. KEURIG will always be a no for me. Not sure if it's just an outdated one or if it's just trash to me. Thanks KEURIG but no thanks.
