I bought a keurig and only a few weeks later it quit working. I called customer service to help me troubleshoot and when we determined the machine wasn’t fixable they sent me out a replacement. They were so friendly and helpful. And the replacement came quickly also! I was so pleased with the Keurig customer service team.

I had a problem with my old Keurig. After going through all the 'self fix' steps I called tec support. They walked me through the self fix process again. Problem was not fixed so the sent me a new coffee maker and even threw in some coffee. The customer service guy was very courteous, helpful and professional. A great company! They did right by me.
