I will start out by saying when I contact Keurig they were very helpful and did send me a new machine. But, the machine they replaced was only not even a year old. It needed to be descaled and once I did that the machine no longer worked. I am hoping I have better luck with the new one. I will be hesitant to descale when the time comes. I had a Keurig for over 10 years with no descale light on it and it worked beautifully till the end.
I only had my Keurig from the 1st of December. It quit working completely. I called the lady ask questions and she said they were going to replacement . They was fast and I got my brand new within a week. Best customer service. Thank you
New replacement works great as it was in the 1 yr warranty . I called the number and the agent walked me through the hoops and could not get it working so they sent me a new coffee maker. I would defiantly buy one again.
We bought the K-Express in Nov of 22 and it work fine for about 4 months then one morning it simply would not power up...after trying several things including checking out the plug in I had determined that likely a relay of some sort had burnt out in the machine..I phone customer service I talked to a young lady who asked several questions then told me that the machine would likely be replace but she would have to transfer my call to another dept. she did and I talked to a young man who asked the the identical questions which I thought was redundant and a waste of time, however he advised that the machine would be replaced after I sent him a photo and my information on line this was done and I receive info that the replacement coffee maker was being shipped. The new coffee maker arrive 3 days later via UPS and is working fine ...I feel that this is/was good customer service
Received replacement for first one I use less then 3 months After using this one for 2 weeks it seams to be acting up coffee stream is spitting instead of flowing freely
