[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TB4 dock has been pretty stable so far. Every now and again, the video cuts out for 1-2 seconds, but it comes right back. Of all the Thunderbolt docks I've used (TB3), this one has been the least problematic. Sleep/wake is handled as expected, and no issues other than the occasional video drop.
The port selection is good, and I really like that the Thunderbolt cable is detachable, so that it can be replaced if it ever gets damaged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dock. Runs our 4k multi-monitor setups well. Plenty of ports, works seamlessly with every <5 year old Think* product that we have thrown at it. Not sure what the "Powered by Azure" means, I guess I should check that out.
