[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the dock to output to 2 monitors for my work laptop, which is Lenovo T14 Gen 3. I have 2 problems. First, the secondary monitor would occasionally flickers sometimes. Secondly, there are horizontal lines on top of my second monitor when I have programs open. Another person has also expressed this issue in the reviews.
For product feedback, I wish Lenovo designed a vertical stand for this dock.
I think the thunderbolt cable is the issue for my second monitor for flickering and showing horizontal lines. I expected more, but I need something for work. I am just hope that the dock does not die.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Docking station, Would be perfect if it worke

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The docking station is well constructed and provides very useful features. However, it does not provide all the features as advertised. It is supposed to support 4 4K displays but doesn't. I am only able to get 3 working and it is impossible to get the two DP to work at the same time. It seems that after updating the BIOS things got worse, so it seems like this is purely a software problem that needs to be resolved. It also gives me hope that the issue can be resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incompatible with ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 20Y3008CUS ?

Tried to use this with my Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 16.0" (20Y3008CUS). It apparently did not / does not supply sufficient voltage for that laptop. "The connected AC adapter has a lower wattage than the recommended AC adapter which was shipped with the system..." Lenovo support confirmed that 40B10135US was compatible with 20Y3008CUS prior to purchase, but that did not seem accurate based on actual use. My purpose in getting it was to run 3 UHD screens. Fortunately the laptop can do that without the dock, so I returned it.
