frequent problems/glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an older version of ThinkPad docking stations, in comparison, this one is really not up to a standard. The biggest problem is that it seems to have trouble rebooting after the laptop went into sleep mode. I started controlling this through the docking station, but still have the problem from time to time. This is serious because the entire point of having a docking station is to have multiple monitors start and work at the same time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't speak to the longevity as I've only had it for a few weeks now, but if it holds up, then this would be the best one for Lenovo laptops. Also quite a bit cheaper than similar ones from other companies.
