Great Computer, bad USB port build

Bought this computer a month ago for a great cyber monday deal and have been rather pleased with the results so far.
+The computer makes absolutely 0 noise
+Games and other software run very smoothly
++Played lower FPS games on it so far like WoW, Starcraft, planet coaster, etc.
++DAW software runs very well
+Can customize the fan colors
+Comes with a nice keyboard and mouse

-USB ports were fine when opening box, but after 1 use, they became faulty and unusable, even with very careful extraction and insertion. Started with about 10 USB ports, now about only 3 work or allow something to plug in :( :( :(
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable workhorse

I used my system for drafting in 2D and BIM in 3D. I've ran both simultaneously and has not had even the slightest hiccup. Very reliable and powerful system.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great First PC

I feel like I got what I paid for after extensive research for my first pc I went with the Shadow 4! I am in no way disappointed in this product it runs and game I have wanted to play with absolutely zero issues. The price point is perfect sure you could build one for around the same price, but this can be easily upgraded starting with the ram!
