Love, but a few issues
on December 29, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this set! There are a few issues that I need to address though. The packaging was a mess, pieces scattered and mixed together. Also it was missing one of the clips to attach one of the doors. Also, one of the stickers that was already applied was bubbled, peeling, and cracked.

This item was purchased for my 6 year old for Christmas and she loves it. She truly has not played with any other toy since opening this one. It was easy to assemble and parts seem to be will made. This is definitely a 10/10 purchase!

My daughter was very excited to get this gift. However when we opened the box all the pieces were just thrown in the box. Nothing was labeled, nothing was organized. It was chaos.
The roof falls off constantly because it’s cheaply made.
The quality of the animals are great as usual for this brand however the transporter is very cheaply made.

Missing parts 🫤
on December 25, 2024

I got this for my grandkids for Christmas. I didn’t realize that I would have to completely assemble this toy…and I mean COMPLETELY. It has hundreds of parts to assemble which I am sure will be a fun activity to do with my grandkids, but it is missing 2 parts, so we will not be able to complete it until they (hopefully) arrive. So my vision of watching them play with this on Christmas will have to wait. It seems to be well made & looks like it will be great fun to play with, eventually.

Christmas gift so not unwrapped! 251 pieces is intimidating. Maybe Santa will partially put it together before wrapping!
