Got this one for both of our grand daughter's who are better then 1200 miles apart during the school year. They both ride real horses just as our daughter does. It was just nice to get them a spot on gift that they can both enjoy.

As a single working Mom with 2 jobs, I am always on the go; but, when I have a moment off, I love to gather my family together and read, watch tv, or play fun games with everyone. My family LOVEs horses and I was so excited when I recently had an opportunity to pick up the Schleich Lakeside Country House and Stable. Boy, it is so much fun for the entire family!! The 2 levels, one-sided Lakeside Country House is very colorful, well made, and incredibly versatile; especially, with all the included furniture, horses, etc. All the figures are well made except for the strange little girl figure with the "bowed out legs" that are immovable. It makes it hard to play pretend with her and the other characters in any kind of imagination scene. No matter... Black Beauty would stay here!

It comes with 3 dolls, 2 horses, and a lot of house accessories. This definitely brings a lot of fun to our home, lots of house are spent playing with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is five years old and loves play sets. As soon as we took it out and gave it to her she was immediately taken with it. It is her favorite toy now. It was not hard to put together. It is durable, very well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product and so does my draughter! It is very well packaged so nothing gets scratched. The instructions are very easy and walks you through putting all of it together. The small pieces easily snap together and stay in place. They are all very detailed and make a beautiful lakeside home and stable. My daughter loves rearranging the little furniture and beds around. I highly recommend this product!
