Realistic

This is such a great representation of what the real life animal would have looked like - which my son really appreciates as a lot of other toys are more cartoonish
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dunkleosteus is realisticly scary with its hinged jaw. So much fun at playtime for my granddaughter. How unique and unusual this toy is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of my favourite in the dinosaur series. The attention to detail is incredible and I appreciate they aren't all made to be pretty.

Amazing

I have long wanted a dunkleosteus model and never imagined it was possible. Lo and behold, Scheich has one and it is amazing. I love the quality- good details, no mold lines, feels robust. The working jaw is solid.

Much larger than expected

For some reason, I expected this one to be smaller. It's larger than her Schleich hammerhead shark and great white shark (see photo- I placed it side by side with hammerhead for comparison). It's very unusual and I'm glad we have it in her collection of prehistoric figures.
