Very good service and fast approval play a big role in my decision for updating my gear with Samsung. The only thing I don't really appreciate is the amounts between my military discount and the trade in value, “One up, One down, but you can’t have both.” Perhaps it may not have been on this particular item in this case, but this seems to be the new norm across the board. This causes a seesaw effect on me. Food for Thought.
