It's okay. Oddly clunky and the adjustable anchor of the the Trail Band digs into the bottom of my wrist. Making it annoying and painful after a few hours of wear.

Our new watch bands for the Galaxy Watch7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra are made using a variety of comfortable and stylish materials, catering to different preferences. For instance, the functional Sport Band is perfect for fitness enthusiasts, while the Athleisure band is ideal for casual wear. Additionally, the Galaxy Watch7 bands are interchangeable with previous Galaxy watch models that share the same band size. Here are the available bands for the Galaxy Watch Ultra: The Marine band dries quickly after being submerged in water and includes a titanium lock. It comes in dark gray, green, orange, and white. The Trail Band features a latch and hook buckle structure and is made from flexible and lightweight material. It is available in orange, dark gray, and white sand. The Peakform band is suitable for all workouts, made from tightly woven and durable fabric with an inner ripple design. It features a wide, titanium buckle and is available in orange, dark gray, and white sand. Two weeks old I'm getting overheating alerts just sitting on the sofa watching TV. Then it goes into Emergency Mode. Called for support and after 60 minutes on phone they promise to call me? Terrible. This is my 2nd Samsung watch that has this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. We recommend checking and making sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software update available. It's a basic Smart watch with limited usability. You can't customize workouts, become unresponsive every now and then, stops showing notifications every now and then, you need to reconnect to get them. Not a good buy at this price, get watch 7 insted.
