Watch is fragile, rugged it is not

This is a good watch in a lot of ways, but that's not what this review is about - this is about how fragile this watch is. I've had it for less than a week, and it's taken more damage than my galaxy watch 4 classic did in 2 years.
I slipped on some grease at work and fell against a wall. When I looked down, the frame of the watch has been noticeably scratched up, including a scratch on the screen. This is supposed to be a rugged, hardy watch for all occasions, especially things like outings in extreme conditions. It will not survive harsh treatment. For the price of the watch, a big part of which is supposed to be for how hardy it supposedly is, this is not just disappointing but outrageous.
The only reason I don't rate it even lower is because at least the watch works well. But paying this price only for the first incident in less than a week to damage it is infuriating.

Touch response and swipe is hit or miss. Like a lot of the features. Not as refined as I would have hoped.
