Very nice watch, but it has so many functions calling it a watch seems to do it a disservice. With the Samsung health app, it tracks almost everything except blood pressure. The battery Life pretty good considering it is tracking my steps, my oxygen at night, heart rate variability and many others. With my Samsung 4 last year I was on vacation and started having problems with my heart rate so checked it out on my watch. Sure enough I was in minor Afib. I went and had it checked out luckily it wasn't immediately dangerous but I was sure thankful it let me know what was going on. I was very happy with the watches accuracy. I had to have a heart cardioversion a few months later and my watch immediately knew when my heart beat was normal again, that's impressive. The new ultra seems even better, and I am quite happy with it
