Cute but not practical

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first locking luggage so I was super pumped. The lock was not remotely straightforward to use but I figured it out online. However the suitcase got dented before I even made it to the gate at the airport! It's very cute but also got lots of scratches, likely because it's so shiny. Incredibly impractical. Not a lot of storage options but there is a zipping compartment I used for shoes which was nice.
