A Little Small for Me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carry a mouse, charger and 15" laptop, and usually a few files. It is a little tight. Also would have liked a little more padding inside for the laptop.

Overall okay backpack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handles started to shred during first use of this bag. I appreciate the shape and overall size to hold contents, with the exception of the side water bottle holders that are a bit small (may be able to fit a very slim water bottle; I could not use them for storing water bottles. Overall okay bag that is easy to hold and very light weight, but could be better especially given the cost of it.

Unpleaseant warranty

It is a large capacity but it is true that when washing it it detaches the color of the leather substitute and I find it very unpleasant and the warranty response was even worse frustrating THE WORST thing is that I bought it for my mom and an aunt and the experience was terrible for me
