Inconvenient

I gave it two stars because I have the rest of the set and I love it all (3 suitcases, the backpack and this bag), plus it’s really nice to look at. HOWEVER, it only has two wheels so it’s hard to maneuver, it has limited space inside, and when you try and put it on top of the other suitcase handle it destroys the handle. I’m not writing this to deter from purchasing this luggage line, just to maybe consider a different piece instead. I love all of the other items I have.

I wanted to love this piece but not having spinner wheels makes this very cumbersome. I bought a carry-on as well and it’s amazing as it’s super lightweight and has amazing spinner wheels. Please make an under-seat version with spinner wheels!

I have most of the set and wanted to get this last piece bc I was looking for something else to transport my lap top and tablet instead of the backpack pieces. At first sight this is a great piece. Showered it’s so difficult to roll bc it isn’t on the roller wheels that the suitcases are on. It was difficult for me to pull the wheeled underwater from behind me while rolling the suitcases on the roller wheels. In addition, the piece DOES NOT fit under the seat and I used it for the first time while flying 1st class where there was ample space. I tried to turn the piece online, but it will not let me because it has been used once. What a terrible design! Please put this piece on roller wheels!!!!

Poor design- destroys the handle of your carry on

I wanted to love this. I really wanted to ditch my leather backpack and have an elegant solution that slipped over the handle of my 21” carry on. This doesn’t work, though. They put a zipper on the flap that holds this underseater onto the extended handle of the 21” carry on, and the zipper teeth have ripped the handle of the carry on to shreds. There’s not enough give to ease it over, either. Add to that problem that you can’t open it on the plane to grab a quick something out because of its clamshell opening design and it’s just more frustrating than anything else.

I have used this so much I am ordering a new one. Mine is still functional, albeit a little bit beat up. It has an outside zipper for things you may need during your travel. It also has an inside zipper and two side pockets. I get so many compliments every week on my luggage. I should pass out cards and get referral bonuses!
