Don’t do it!!!

I saved up to buy this luggage two years ago and every time I fly with it, it cracks in a new spot. The handle that houses the overweight indicator is also cracked and doesn’t work properly. After the first flight, I only used it for car travel but I decided to buy a cover and try again. The material is awful and the warranty is useless. I’ll be buying fabric/soft-side luggage from here on out.

little smaller than I thought

I was trying to match the size of my older one and this was supposed to be the same size and it was a little smaller and than if i would have went with the larger one it would have been too big

Great except for wheels

Within the first 4months of purchase one of the wheels, where it connects to the suitcase, had separated from the suitcase. As long as I didn't hit any bumps and/or the wheel doesn't get stuck it would still roll around. After about a year two of the wheels are like this. Was hoping for a sturdier/more reliable suitcase.

If I could give this suitcase zero stars, I would. I purchased another suitcase from the Cruise line a few years ago and it was great. I thought this suitcase would be of the same quality, but I was extremely disappointed. The polycarbonate is thin and feels very weak. The zippers seem flimsily stitched into the suitcase and the handles buckle the body of the suitcase so much when you lift it that I know it will fall apart after the baggage handlers throw it around. I bought extra luggage straps to try and prevent this suitcase from falling apart and emptying the contents once the baggage handlers get their hands on it. Despite the protective cover on the suitcase, it was already scratched when I received it. Beyond disappointed considering the price.

Great except minor details

All looks great except came with minor scuffs and with interior zippers bunched up so far underneath fabric that I needed to scoot them up with my fingers to retrieve. Besides these minor details love how lightweight.

I bought this suitcase for my nephew and he- loved it!! I own 2 lDelsey’s as well, and they are well designed quality built suitcases. Love the different color options too!

Cracked casing less than 2 years after purchase

I bought this suitcase and the matching carry-on 2 years ago. This Spring on a work trip, the wheel snapped off on the carry-on and shortly after I noticed this main suitcase was cracked and losing pieces as well. My previous suitcase set from a different brand lasted over a dozen years, so it is really disappointing that this set didn’t even last 2 years!! I do not recommend this suitcase for frequent travelers.
