I bought the large spinner in Champagne today but after reading the reviews of broken handles and zippers and your apologetic responses with no action to compensate I have decided to return it to the store tomorrow before I get to Europe and have it fall apart. We will be traveling full time and I need a reliable bag. Apparently this is not one. I am sorry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
