[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beyond disappointing preparing for a ttib abroad and thr zipper is so tight it will not even zip close! And a total waste of a large suitcase that it doesn't even expand! The zipper is not well made and now I need to return this one and buy another at a local store! Ridiculous, do not recommend..

Bought this large Chatelet spinner to match the carry on versions that we have. They are very classy looking. The weight is accurate and outside case seems durable. We haven't had the chance to use it yet, purchased for an upcoming trip. Giving it a 5 star rating for appearance and quality interior. Hopeful it can put up with being checked better than the soft shell bags. We had problems in the past with the Helium bag's retractable handle bending. Delsey took care of replacing them very quickly.

I have been buying Delsey for the last 15 years. They are very durable and look great. I've been traveling almost weekly for work and they are holding up nicely
