Capturing my attention

The options of entertainment seem endless. The remote is solar powered which is so cool to me but I am a 37 year old mom of 3. I love this tv so much that I wish I could buy 1 for every room.

Amazing colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this QLED! It took me a month to do all my research to find what type of TV would suit my space, my eyes, and my media. We chose the Samsung QLED first and foremost bc the picture and colors are so clear, vibrant, and transitions are smooth. We especially love the apps and the overall layout of the system. Google assistant (or whichever smart assistant you choose) is convenient, voice searching on apps is great, and the sleekness of the tv complements my space. My only qualms are when using the apps they sometimes freeze when backing out of certain pages and it takes a good minute for the tv to recover. Second the tv is extremely low sitting on the stand provided, this maybe great for some but I have a cable box that sits in front of the tv since it’s unable to fit underneath.

Please know your 65” Q60A TV’s stand is height adjustable for a total TV height of 34.3" (1.6" of clearance) or 35.3" (2.6" of clearance), giving you the flexibility to set your TV to your preference — raise it up to make room for a device or lower it to keep the TV close to your table.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with app functionality as well. This issue may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following:
1. Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router
Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update.
Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care.
This improves your apps performance as it frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. If your apps are still freezing or not properly loading, please try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

More than what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The more time I spend watching movies or TV shows on this immaculate piece of technology the more I've come to realize that this "tv" is way more than what I was expecting. It was giving me movie theater experiences and immersion into what I was watching like no other. Going through the settings and adjusting the picture as I see fit. It also gives little reminders from time to time like time for your daily work. I recommend this product out of the box and I definitely recommend it if you personalize it for your viewing
Note that all of my experiences so far are without additional audio.All audio currently comes from the TV itself

Rechargeable Remote

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has been a Samsung family for years. We upgraded from a 4 year old Samsung LED. To compare apples to apples the colors the colors are much more vibrant than they were four ago. It seemed that I went through batteries a lot with the old remote, but now I just turn it over and lay it in the sun ( it also has a USB charging port). If you don't habe cable it's ok with this TV, Samsung has a free chanel line up without doing anything more than connecting to the internet. When they say smart TV, this one is a genius... Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, even my local cable provider has an app for it. We love sitting down to watch an action movie or a great comedy. This TV is the bomb.

Beautiful Qled picture, weak sound

first off let me say im super happy with the tv it has a beautiful picture and it is one of the best i gave ever gotten so far. but the sound on this thing is weak. on standard it will scare you that something is wrong with your tv. cause at 80 its equal to where most others are at 20 once you adjust as they suggest to adaptive sound and make adjustments it helps but you would think with as much and as high quality as this tv is they could have put a little more effort and quality into the default speakers and audio.
I would recommend this to a friend!
