[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this TV for viewing movies, shows and sports. We are mainly impressed with the picture sharpness during dark scenes in movies or TV shows. Other TVs we have had were so dark the scene was not watchable, only shadows were visible. With the new Samsung the dark scenes remain beautifully lit and all details are there. Also, watching sports is a pleasure and the colors are so vibrant and clear, and the 4k makes you feel like you are in the stadium. We also just moved into this house and we were concerned that a new TV would be difficult to mount and get set up. The Samsung was super easy and we had it going in just a few minutes. A great overall experience - this is a great TV.

Amazing for everything I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to this tv off of the tu7000 crystal uhd i got back in 2020 and this tv has been used every day since I got it. I've had no issues and it is amazing for movies and gaming, highly recommend this product if you are serious about your movies and TV or gaming.

Fantastic viewing

I got this tv last spring in an exchange for my older tv (q70)which was under warranty. This tv is great during the nighttime. In the daytime during dark scenes there is a lot of glare/reflection. Also I have a problem, not so much now but the first couple of months, when I turn on the tv it immediately turns off. The sound quality not so good compared to my older (returned) tv.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi,

It’s unfortunate to hear your QN95C TV is turning off by itself. Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue:

1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds.
2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage.
3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet.
4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software.

You may also want to try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions.

See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer

If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer have been enabled and disable it.
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off
- Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Off Timer

Unbeatable image

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Samsung in February 2024pruor to ‘The Big Game’ (😉). Amazing screen image for sports. UPS ales non -4K images extremely well. Even ‘live tv’ looks fantastic. If I had the budget I would have purchased the 8k model but this is an exponential upgrade from our previous model. Thank you Samsung for staying at the leading edge of TV tech!
