This slow cooker is wonderful and is the right size for my husband and me although I think it would be fine for a family of 4, too. I mostly have leftovers that I can freeze. I wish there would be a louder beep/signal at the end of the cycle. It does automatically go to warm, but I'd still like a louder signal. It is a good item though and very easy to clean.
