I had a Cuisinart crockpot for 20 years and it finally bit the dust. I made a mistake and purchased a crockpot from another company and I hated it so I finally decided that I need to go back to the Cuisinart, which actually was cheaper and much easier to use. The other brand did not have as many options and you couldn’t leave it to simmer. So I’m happy to have a Cuisinart again.

A VERY slow slow cooker

What should take about 6-7 hours on low took me 15 hours. I tried many dishes and slow really means *slow* with this one. I am not planning to keep it around.
