[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got my blender and oh my can i say it works wonders ! my morning breakfeast smoothies are very well blended & it keeps all the flavor & doesnt make it taste mushy ! it works very simple and the blades work their magic ! i love this product !

Most awesome blender ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never seen a blender like this in my life. You want to talk about features this thing has so many features it is unreal. Is a a very pretty brushed nickel color it comes with a 24 oz vacuum sealed tumbler which was an added Plus. This blender helps you vacuum seal your drinks I've never seen anything like it. It comes with excellent instructions on how to put it together and how to use it it even tells you how to clean it. I will say that I have Blended everything in my house! It really chops up ice nicely to you know how some blenders leave big chunks well not this one this would be great for anybody with a newborn or anybody that has to have pureed food. It even preserves 40% more vitamin C with the vacuum technology that it has. I can say I am blown away with this Oster blender. I would highly recommend this to anyone

Great for milkshakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best blender I have used to make milkshakes with, I have not yet tried out for protein shakes as I do not typically make those, but I have gone through many a blender and this one is by far my favorite!!

Wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new poster blender with vacuum technology. This is a great product. I guess you can do almost anything with it . I had some walnuts that I needed chopped up to smaller size so I used my blender to do the task and boy did it. It did an awesome job. I have also made fruit smoothies with the vacuum technology on and with it off and I for one prefer the vacuum smoothie over the non vacuum smoothie. The only downside I had was I had to put it together took a little bit but I got and I love it. I highly recommend this item.

Cool vacuum technology!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very cool machine! I have never heard of vacuum technology on a blender and at first I was a little intimidated to use this machine. After about 15 minutes of setting everything up and reading the instructions I was ready to try it out and I must say it has been a great experience. The vacuum technology being used is to get all the air out allowing for less separation and an overall better texture. I have noticed a good difference in my daily smoothies, having a better texture, I do not notice any separation. You don’t always have to use the vacuum feature on the blender, there is also a dial at the top that allows you to change the setting from vac to regular blend. The food chopper is also another great feature this blender has. The blender is easy to take apart and very easy to clean as well. Another great thing about this blender is it is not as heavy or bulky as other appliances, I keep mines on my counter. Overall this blender is great for an everyday use.

Double feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the fact that this product also has a double feature. It allows you to vacuum seal the remaining contents in its own cup. The food saver vacuum seal keeps Oxygen out of your food, and keeps the vitamins and nutrients in. It has a very simple and easy to use panel. It allows you to select Smoothie or food chop option, also has a built in timer showing you how long you’ve blended. It has three speeds low medium and high, As well as stop/play and pulse button. And only on the manual low setting will it allow you to add food or liquids. The locking mechanism makes the seal tight for vacuum sealing and will not turn on unless properly secured. This is a fabulous feature to eliminate messy accidents! Also very easy to clean and dishwasher safe.

Great Blender, Great Smoothies, Minor Drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Oster Blender roughly two weeks ago. Right away we unpackaged it (it was well protected), cleaned it up (soap and water rinse), and set to making smoothies. Initial thoughts: Comes with all you need to blend a great smoothie -- a blender with a strong auto-pulsing motor (adjustable time and pulse settings for various blending tasks) and sharp blades, a decent blending jar that can be vacuum sealed, and a fairly sturdy cup in which to pour your smoothie (also vacuum seal-able). Overall: For having only four blades at the bottom of the mixing jar, the blender made one heck of a smooth smoothie. It did bog down once; but, we added more OJ and the blender powered through the rest. The vacuum seal technology works great -- both blender jar and cup have air valves that allow you easily to open their seals. There are many potential uses for this feature. If I had bones to pick, it would be these. One, everything is plastic -- the blending jar, the cup, everything short of the blending knives. It all seems strong and while I get a plastic cup, a glass blending jar would seem more premium (although it would likely increase the cost). And, two, I would've loved it the cup would have had a way to attach the blending knives to it from the bottom -- to allow you to blend a single-serve smoothie and to allow for easier cleanup (although cleanup was generally very easy). In general, I can recommend the Oster blender. Like I said, it made a mean mango strawberry smoothie. The wife and kids all loved them. I'm sure you and yours will too.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to make smoothies, I used this blender to make my smoothies and it was perfect! The blender was quite and crushed the ice real well. I then put my smoothies in the vacuum sealed container that came with the blender and put in the fridge for the morning. When I drank it the next morning it tasted like I just made it. I love this blender!
