Caution - Practice to Ensure Expected Outcome

This rating was a little difficult to decide upon; there is the gadget (the hardware) and there is the service. My rating is an amalgamation of the two. I have had this for just over a month now and while I like the premise and security this solution provides, be sure to try it and read everything. Just to test, I sent messages to three people on a recent hike when I had no cellular service. From the screen, I felt they were sent; came to learn later that evening they were not. A week later, I tried sending a message from my own backyard. This time it worked, but all the stars need to align to accomplish this. Just like a dish receiver for satellite TV, nothing works until you have that indicator showing a connection with a satellite. I could be doing things wrong, but it seems very touchy. I only point this out because you don't want to be in an emergent situation and have a false sense of success on sending a message. Know your equipment and how the service works, so it does what you expect when you need it.

I'm very impressed with this device, but when is the tracking feature going to be available, I like the fact that you can actually text without the internet 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
