[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving this Samsung One Invisible Connection cable a solid 4 out of 5 stars—and not because it falls short in any major way, but because I don’t believe in handing out perfect scores. In my opinion, leaving room for improvement encourages companies to keep innovating instead of settling into the idea that they’ve already achieved perfection.

The cable does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It delivers both power and signal cleanly between the TV and the One Connect box without any noticeable degradation. No flickering, no signal drops—just reliable performance.

The poorest consumer experience. Returning an accessory is a shockingly complicated, senseless waste of time. How can a great company like Samsung be so careless with consumers?
Why bother setting up a direct-to-consumer experience that infuriates buyers with the lowest level of service in the industry?

I can't believe how many functions this little cable can perform. It has also allowed me to put my TV anywhere I want and not have to worry about having the input from my Wall near by. A true must for anyone who wants a clean look to their entertainment environment!!!!! 5 stars
