[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There was really nothing wrong with my old toaster except it was old. It toasted bagels OK. But when I bought this toaster I was floored by how good the bagels were. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside the way a bagel should be. These are the same bagels I buy all the time. This toaster really takes it to another level. I have the four slice side-by-side. Love the way it looks.
