Looks sleek and tossed evenly (first use)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After burning toast in my oven due to being distracted by my kids, I finally caved and pick up this toaster. Upon first use and the kids excitedly watching on standby, we experienced a nice evenly toast pop up.

Read great things about it, but not that impressed

The sides don't toast evenly. The left side has to be turned all the way up to 7 to get the toast even moderately browned, while the right side toasts it just fine on level 4. It also takes a really long time to toast. I am overall a little disappointed in the product. Not disappointed enough to go through the hassle of returning it, but disappointed enough that I won't purchase a toaster from this brand again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
