Stellar Customization

I had the JBL Charge 4 prior to this, and it was great for many years. The 6 is amazing. I’ve been running it for hours at a time over multiple days and still haven’t had to charge it, the sound is significantly louder than my previous model, and I LOVE the customization!
The personalized speaker looks exactly as I had hoped, and the sound is high quality. 12/10 - very glad I made this purchase.

Thanks for your feedback. Our new portable speakers, like JBL Charge 6, do not include a charging cable in the box, as part of our commitment to reducing electronic waste and promoting a cleaner environment. We encourage customers to reuse existing USB-C cables they may already have.

Could've Been Perfect

The customization process was challenging. I struggled to find the perfect font color to complement my picture, which led to me repeatedly adjusting both the font and image placement. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I made the image too small, and the final product looks poor in person. I wish there was more variety in color options, especially for the base color. While the navy was the closest match, I would have appreciated a purple option.
The product itself is good quality. The sound is great, very powerful. The bluetooth connection to my phone was easy to set up and I look forward to keeping this for a while.
Other than that the sound is great and it connected seamlessly to my phone.
