Had to use the esim function because the physical sim card wouldn't work. The metro pcs customer service had a hard time getting it activated because of this issue. The feedback I got on esim is that if they get messed up it will render your phone useless, so the install process has to be done very carefully. Phone is great now that it works, but it was very stressful to pay so much and then have a huge issue that made it seems like I would have to return the phone for a different one. Features all work well. Great display and touch responses. Fingerprint doesn't work with a screen protector on. Camera is high quality. Fast processing speed. I overall great phone once the sim issue was worked around.
