[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to the new enhanced features of the Galaxy S25 series, like Galaxy AI. That feature is impressive, but, for the most part, I would rather go back to the S20 Ultra I had. I only went to the new phone because I was having charging problems with the old one. On this one, the copying texts doesn't work. I can't get the carrier's apps to install from Google Play. There are several things about it that I don't like, that were great with the older version. Newer versions should be better, not worse.

I am so glad I chose this device, it became my life. I can actually say it's hard for me to live without it. I am able to have the latest device and it gives me an edge that no other phone can give. I appreciate that I have something I can rely on.

It's amazing & feels like an advanced S23 love it

As an instructor in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), I rely on it for organizing training materials, streaming educational videos, and managing presentations during classes. The device’s speed and display quality also make it perfect for watching medical tutorials, reviewing trauma management simulations, and keeping up with new clinical guidelines. When I’m not working, I use it for streaming movies and sports — the display and audio make the experience incredibly immersive. What I have a question about something I use AI to find out the answer. This phone is an upgrade from my s20fe. I have used other brands of phones and have found that Samsung has the most usable features.
