I bought two of these speakers. The sound is fantastic. The mode "transparency" allows you to listen to the sound and still know what is going on around you. It also isolate completely the sound if you wish.
The only thing I didn't like is that the buttons do not have a clear indicating of what they are. The signals are there but you can't see them. For me, as I wear glasses, I have to look closely. I believe that time will help me memorize where they are and what they do, but for a first time user, you can't really see them. Nevertheless, they are great speakers and for a reasonable price compared to the high-end ones. They are worth it!

Issue: Constant, permanent "shh" static hiss in the right ear.Severity: Loud enough to ruin music, podcasts, and videos.Troubleshooting: Persisted across multiple devices, cables, and bluetooth connections.Fix: Unfixable hardware defect out of the box.Action: Immediately packed up and returned for a refund.Verdict: Avoid this model until quality control

I saved $80 buying refurbished. If I would have paid full price, I would have been disappointed.
Only two things: a bit of a hollow sound and on the right side of the headphones, the speaker part inside, A metal piece was sticking out. Doesn’t touch my ear when I have the headphones on.
Other than that. Good purchase.
Would I recommend for a friend? I’m not sure but I will put yes.

Good Headphone with noise cancelling

I purchased this headset for noise cancelling use in Data Center and it works well. Sound quality is good but not the best.
