Product is good, description is wrong

Product works fine, running in a basic NAS setup. However Bestbuy needs to update the product name and description. I bought this as it was labeled as a 7200rpm drive. This is NOT a 7200rpm drive, it registers as 5400rpm in systems and Segate's own datasheet indicate that this drive runs at 5400rpm.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hdd makes a clicking sound

All good with the purchase experience, the disk is working fine but it has a regular clicking sound every 5 seconds or so. After Googling it and running Seagate diagnostics the disk seems to be in good shape and the regular clicking sound is supposed to be normal. Very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better then Amazon

I am very happy with my purchase. I had a hard time finding one as this type of legacy hard drives seem in short supply. Originally I ordered from Amizon and when I received it it was broken. It was also out of stock so I got a refund and went searching Best Buy was the only place that had one it came very quick and fully working. Most likely I'd still be waiting with Amazon. I have found thes drives to be spacious and reliale
