It's good, but there's something wrong.

I bought my pair almost two months ago and they worked nicely, until around the 24th of March, my earbuds (both) decided to stop charging in the case, I tried to leave it in the case to charge but the light indicator on the case won't light up and the buds won't take a charge from it and to add onto that, they were also having connection issues with my phone. I'll admit it's good for it's size and the battery (before having failed) lasted pretty good as well.

Love them for everything but short battery life

I got these as a replacement for defective jlab Air Pops. I like the size because my kids can use them too. The colors are awesome and the case stays closed very well. They sound decent for calls and noise cancelling. The be aware mode is similar to competitors and I'm decently happy with it as well.
I've had them for almost a week and I love everything about them except the horrible battery life. It says 5.5 hours through each earbud but I get MAYBE 2 hours of use. The case charges them fast and the case itself charges very quickly, but I'm finding I have to keep a charger near at all times because the case doesn't even last charging them both for a full 10 hours shift. My favorite buds from a competitor, nearly the same price, I get around 9 hours per bud and 55 hours on the case.
My 3 stars is based on battery life being much shorter than expected.

My new favorite Jlab model

I've been buying Jlab earbuds for years; I use them daily and often rotate between two pairs for all-day coverage. These minis change the game completely; they fit better, they sound better, the case is harder to lose because it can attach to things (anything with a little ingenuity), the in-app controls are a nice touch, AND the whole thing is tiny???!? 10/10 If I had any complaint at all, it would be the shift from an attached charging cable to an added dongle. I can understand that it would be complicated to add it to such a tiny shell, but that's my only complaint.
