They are easy to use it just I know there's a malfunction when it come to pairing either together or to other devices I tried to get help but they just keep sending me auto messages telling m how to trouble shoot but i have the app and manual Im just gonna take them back to where I bought them , the first pair worked fine no issues , iv bought 4 pairs so far I'm on my third and my wife has the 4th she's had zero issue an hers sound way better then any of my 3 ?
