So confused

I have purchased these minis twice. I returned the first pair, for the same problem as the second set. The left earbud design fits my right ear properly. It is like I have two right earbuds. The controls are correct, different functions on left and right. The balance of music when panned left or right are correct. It is just the fit. The physical design is just weird; both earbuds fit only right ear properly.

Although I found the setup process to be a little difficult, so far I'm really enjoying these earbuds. The "be aware" mode is great for a multitasking mom!

Best Earbuds I've ever found, I've always had problems finding the right earbuds that fit my ears and don't fall out and these fit perfectly!!!!! I love them!!!!!

I absolutely loved these earbuds at first. They were great, size, color, battery life were all wonderful. I could wear mine all day without having to worry about them going dead. Now after only having them for a year, I only get maybe 5 hours of play time before they need to be charged.
