Best Ever!

These are the best compact headphones that I have ever used. They charge fast, hold a charge, sound great and I especially love the "Be Aware" feature that amplifies background noise. These are amazing and will use them forever. I will absolutely purchase a backup pair in case anything ever happens to these. You know these are great when your roommates are constantly asking to borrow my earbuds because theirs don't compare!!

Fantastic! I thought I would lose them more but I have for some reason kept better track of them. I use one earbud off and on through out the day, one earbud last me all day.

great buy fits in my ear i do alot of different activities with them in and thwy have never fallen out perfect and they come with a key chain so you can put them on your bag or keys

great until they got unbalanced

I ordered these about a month and a half ago, the audio, noise canceling, and be aware mode were really good once I broke them in. The packaging was really nice too, with zero plastic. they didn't fit in my ear too well even with different tips, but I really liked them. I couldn't get them to connect to the app to change the tap settings (it hung up calls and skipped songs when I tried to push them into my ear more). after about a month of moderate use, the left one got really quiet, and even after re-synching and making sure they were clean, it wouldn't go back to normal volume. JLAB seems to really care about quality, it's possible I have a faulty set. I will contact support to see if they have advice or can offer an exchange.
