I have small, very sensitive ears. I've tried multiple different headphones and ear buds. These work well on all accounts. They don't hurt my ears, the calls are clear on both sides with minimized background noise, and my music and audio books sound great. The charge also seems to be holding up well. This seems to be a great product for a good price!

These are super comfortable, HOWEVER the functionality is AWFUL. Anytime you have to adjust them in your ear, it turns the sound up or down, depending on which ear bud you touch. There is no way around it. Lastly, JLab makes you pay for shipping to return.
Never buying from this company again. Beware.
