Easy to use. I love everything about them with a few exceptions- I wish the earbud was a lil smaller- I have tiny ears & was told these would be perfect for a child like ear.. after wearing them for so long, my ear canal starts to hurt. I have some beats that I love & was hoping the size would be comparable. I wish there was a way to "find my jbuds" when I've misplaced them. Other then that, these are a great purchase & at a great price point.

These are really good earbuds. The size are perfect, doesn't take too much space and a nice sleek design. For the price, the sound quality is amazing!

Left earbud problem

Left earbud is not as loud. Worked fine for about 6 months then started getting worse. Tried reset, did not help.
